Refreshing, clean, full. Apple, lemon, peach, herb, floral nose; palate adds tart pineapple, pear, melon, stone fruits. Richer than usual for this grape, due to skin contact. Estate grown by two families for Cavit, made and bottled separately. Aperitif, seafood, cheeses, salads.
